Final Project for Senior Studio, an exploration of how we consciously or subconsciously associate sin with femininity, demonizing women in the process. The seven deadly sins as various mythological monsters (however I purposefully removed all the fantastical bits because, in fact she is just a woman, not something to be feared).
:D

Lethe, the goddess of oblivion and the river boardering the underworld.

Nice work! I'm noticing how expression-heavy these are and it works quite splendidly. :) I'm really enjoying this series and I hope it made the grade--it deserves to. :) Well done!

I've always liked Lethe; she seems like a very nice personification and useful thing for someone who is to be reincarnated if you ask me. I'm not sure... but the sloth comes in because it's technically being too lazy to remember? Correct me if I am wrong; I don't quite see this connection all that well.

I reject your reality and substitute my own!!
Holy crow! Sexy stuff, m'lady.

First of all, a big laugh on the line, "she is just a woman, not something to be feared"--especially since all of these women are breathtakingly beautiful and therefore intimidating as hell.

Second, I've been through the whole set just now, and there is steam coming off of my laptop; I keep fanning myself and tugging at my collar. I got up twice to check the thermostat.

Well, no need to go on and on about something we already know, i.e. you are so talented and your work is so tantalizing, gush gush. I am so glad I tuned in to you a while back. You give good art, lady.
